In these past few days, I always had the urge to buy a basic phone. I don't know why, maybe I'm just missing the feeling of having a small phone in my hands haha. Plus, some serious issues came up. The kidnapping issues that I don't know if it they are real or not. Someone stated that the kidnappers had reached Laguna. so I became apprised of that issue. It's a serious matter for me for I have a 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM class. Another issue is the Super Typhoon Tisoy. There'll be a blackout for sure because a Signal#3 Typhoon will hit our area. An emergency phone is a must. Last Sunday, I and my mom went to SM City Calamba to buy some things for preparation. We bought a rechargeable fan, an emergency light, and a power bank. While we're in the CyberZone, a certain stall caught my attention.What my mom bought me is a basic phone. I got excited 'cause it's color green.

Well, MyPhone is a Philippine mobile phone brand and multimedia company by MySolid Technologies & Devices Corp. of Solid Group Incorporated.It was introduced 12 years ago and is still growing in the Philippine market (the technology market).

I've been using this phone for 2 days as of now, and here's my review:



a. Packaging

It's made up of carton so I don't have to worry about some environmental concerns.


Some features are displayed! Also that "Reuse, Reduce, Recycle" sign!

This phone is also a Fake Money Reader Phone (uses UV Light)

f. Features:
  • It has the Pinoy feature which is new for me because it enriches and opens your eyes to the Filipino culture. The Pinoy feature includes:

- myfaith (which shows the beliefs and prayers of  the Catholics)

-mycountry (which shows some facts, quotes, riddles, movie lines, and some pick up lines that entertained the Filipinos)

-mylove (which I think is your second own gallery; the organized one)

-Fun Pa More (which I think is an entertainment site that can be availed through your load balance)

So that's it! I actually like this phone because it's so affordable (459 pesos). It's lightweight, perfect for travelling and going to crowded places. It can be your emergency phone. Plus, it promotes our country which make their products unique and stand out from the others.
